Teatro dell’Opera di Roma Approves 2022 Budget

The Board of Directors of the Fondazione Teatro dell’Opera di Roma has approved the budget for 2022.

Following a meeting on Feb. 15, the budget was approved unanimously by the board.Following the two years of constant difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the company is expected to break even as it continues to increase activity.

During the meeting superintendent Francesco Giambrone nominated Alessio Vlad as Artistic Director and confirmed Eleonora Abbagnato as the director of the Corpo di Ballo del Teatro dell’Opera di Roma.

The Teatro dell’Opera di Roma recently opened a revival production of “Lusia Miller” and is set to revive a production of “Turandot” with Oksana Dyka and Michael Fabiano.
